Q How Long will it take to dispatch my order?

A Your order will be dispatched in 28 hours if they are in stock. We will notify you if they are out of stock and when it will be back into stock.

Q Do you offer free postage?

A We offer free postage for most of our products, however, some large products, like cubby house and trampoline, we are not able to offer you free postage, the postage will show when checkout, it depends on products weight and your location. If you think the postage is too much, please contact us for a manual quore. We don't overcharge you on postage.

Q Do your offer dropshipping and wholesale service?

A Yes, we do, we provide dropshipping for a lot of website, small or big. Please contact us by phone on 03 9357 5981, or send you inquiry to [email protected] We're more than happy to help you grow.

Q Do you have a store?

A We do not have a store at this stage, but our warehouse and showroom open from Mon~Fri 10:00~4:00, you are more than welcome to visit us. Appointment is not necessary, but we suggest call us before you come, because we don't have everyhing display on site.

Q How do I track my order?

A You will receive an email notification when you place the order and there is any movement of the order, you will receive email when order has been dispatched. If you leave us your phone number, some courier company do send you sms before they deliver or any update in their system.

Q What happened if my order arrive in damaged condition?

A Please contact us as soon as possible, if you realise your order is damaged in transit , mis delivery there is any wrong with your order, we will try our best to help you out with your order. We offer free return when there is somenting wrong with the order.

Q What if I change my mind?

A We offer 30 days no reason return and refund, however, if there is nothing wrong with the product, you just change your mind, then you have to pay the both way shipping. We don't cover the postage. When you return the products, we will check everything is Ok and product is in a resell condition. 15% restock fee will be charged for chang of mind return.

Q What payment method method do you offer online and offline?

A For an online order, we offer credit card, bank deposit, paypal, zip pay and afterpay as a payment method. If you visit our showroom and pay on site, we accept any major card and cash. So we almost accept anything.
