Shipping Policy

  • Rest assured, your order is protected against loss or irreparable damage during transit.
  • We strive to dispatch your order promptly within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Please anticipate a possible delay in busy season.
  • Kindly note that once processing begins, we are unable to make any alterations to your order.
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, unless otherwise specified.
  • Deliveries are scheduled for Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Australia Post may deliver your order in Saturday in busy season from Oct to Dec.
  • Please be advised that Pre-Order Dates provided for our Pre-Order Products are estimated arrival dates at our warehouse and not guaranteed dispatch dates.
  • Regrettably, we have no control over delivery times once your order leaves our warehouse. For a general reference, please consult the table below.

 

Australia Wide Delivery Schedule

Normal Delivery Guidelines Below (excluding large bulk products):

  • Delivery within Melbourne Metro: 1 - 4 business days 
  • Delivery to other Capital Cities and large towns in VIC: 2 - 7 business days
  • Delivery within Sydney Metro: 3 - 7 business days
  • Delivery from Melbourne to other interstate locations: 4 - 10 business days
  • Delivery to QLD remote area,NT and WA: 10 - 14 business days.

If you're seeking expedited delivery, kindly reach out to Customer Care at lucka.com.au@gmail.com. with your order number, and we'll make every effort to prioritize your order. Please note that express post options are not available for large or oversized products and it will be extra charge.

While our Delivery Guidelines serve as a helpful reference, they do not guarantee specific delivery timeframes. While we typically meet these guidelines, once your order leaves our warehouse, we lack control over delivery times.

Most products, excluding large bulk products, like Cubby Houses, ride on cars, Beds, and oversized items, are dispatched via Australia Post and Fastway. After dispatch, you'll receive an email with a delivery tracking number. If you're unavailable for delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card for collection at your nearest post office. Please bring photo ID for collection, as a signature is required.

Cubby Houses and Beds are dispatched via Direct Freight and may require a signature. Depending on your location, Couriers may leave goods at your residence if deemed safe. Delivery costs cover ground floor or front door delivery during standard business hours. Buyers are responsible for making arrangements to accept items at this point, as Couriers do not deliver to upstairs or lift access locations.
